Catinthehat H	5 Sep. 28, 2025 I just got my teeth cleaned and polished. I absolutely loved my dental hygienist, Jenny. I'm so grateful for her patience, time, and understanding in ensuring I received the best possible care. She did an excellent and professional job. I'm so grateful for her good work! In short, everyone there is friendly, helpful and does a great job. The clinic location is in Hamilton, Ontario.
Chris	5 May. 15, 2025 Excellent experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while after my previous dentist changed owners and suddenly told me I needed a massive amount of dental work. Smile design walked through everything they were doing, explained any concerns in ways that were easy to understand, and completed the dental work very well. The receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants and dentist are all very friendly, there was virtually no wait time, and the facility is modern, clean and well organized. I sincerely couldn’t be happier with my appointments and the work that was done. Above all else I trust smile design, which is something that was lacking with my previous dentist.

The staff is very friendly and they did an excellent job with the xrays and with the cleaning. They're firm but not overly aggressive, and they took extra care to use cotton to protect my skin. Thank you so much for taking care of me 😊
