Lindsay Tait	5 Dec. 9, 2025 I have been a patient at Downtown Whitby Dentistry for many, many years. Supporting local, independent business in the community has always been my preference. The staff at Downtown Whitby Dentistry are friendly, accommodating and always efficient. Mina is great at checking in and has helped reschedule appointments for me when necessary. I've always appreciated the time Dr. J takes when explaining procedures to ensure I am informed of the work he is doing. Every hygienist I've encountered has always been warm and welcoming. A fantastic local clinic!
Christopher Briand	5 Jan. 10, 2026 After almost a year as a patient, I switched over as I was unhappy with my current dentist in Whitby. I've spent the past two years catching up on cavities and one Crown all in lead up to get braces. After stumbling across downtown with the dentistry I was beyond impressed with the quality and care that they approached my teeth with. So impressed that after the first few months I also switched my partner over to Dr.N this past week they went above and beyond to make time and space for an urgent extraction that my partner needed despite how busy the beginning of the year was. Again the care in which they approached larger procedures. Always making sure we are comfortable and taken care of, while giving thorough explanations of what is happening and what needs to be done and why. It is beyond appreciated.

When I urgently needed to be seen, the receptionist went above and beyond to fit me in between patients that same day. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and reassuring from the moment I called. Dr. J is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful to have found this dental office—highly recommend!

They’re incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which makes such a difference. Dr. J really knows his stuff and always does an amazing job. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Jeannie Johnston	5 Oct. 30, 2024 I usually don’t write reviews but being a new patient at this amazing dental clinic I had to make the exception. Dr. J and his staff were all so kind to me when I first went into his charming clinic which was so comforting to me after having had a previous experience that was not ideal. Dr. J listened to my concerns and then he really took the time to explain my treatment options moving forward making me feel like I was just not another patient to him, I was family. Dr. J is such a caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and trustworthy dentist. I would highly recommend Downtown Whitby Dental Clinic.
