Jeannie Johnston	5 Oct. 30, 2024 I usually don’t write reviews but being a new patient at this amazing dental clinic I had to make the exception. Dr. J and his staff were all so kind to me when I first went into his charming clinic which was so comforting to me after having had a previous experience that was not ideal. Dr. J listened to my concerns and then he really took the time to explain my treatment options moving forward making me feel like I was just not another patient to him, I was family. Dr. J is such a caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and trustworthy dentist. I would highly recommend Downtown Whitby Dental Clinic.

They make me feel welcome, and I feel my care and comfort is very important to them. Dr. J and staff provide the highest standard of excellence from the time I book my appointment to the time I complete my visit. I know I'm in good hands and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. J, Mina, Sandra and the other staff members :)
Leann SLR	5 Oct. 10, 2024 I must admit that this dentistry is the best in Whitby. The staff is absolutely amazing. They all make you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Jay is very knowledgeable about everything concerning dentistry. Oh, and not forgetting, the office is neat, tidy and relaxing. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Thanks team for your awesomeness.

As well as being kind and compassionate he explains every procedure in an easy to understand manner which puts his patient at ease. From the moment you walk into the office you’re treated with kindness from all the staff, the perfect atmosphere to assuage any fears or anxiety.

But I have to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. J for the amazing job he did on my tooth. I couldn't believe that I felt absolutely no pain from start to finish! Dr. J is incredibly patient, caring, and truly a professional in his field. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Mina, who went above and beyond to fit me in as soon as possible to get my tooth fixed. Your follow-up calls were deeply appreciated as well.
